Online sessions suit me well. [name removed] is very professional and our sessions are structured, but at the same time I feel I can be myself in our sessions and that he takes the time and effort to listen, to challenge gently, and is completely focussed on helping me to get better.

Physiotherapist was kind, patient, and prepared and willing to adapt to my constraints and capabilities. Plus she has a sense of humour, so that the whole session was a good experience.

[name removed] impressed me with her listening skills and gave me confidence in her knowledge and expertise such that I trusted her conclusions and the advice she gave me.
Suggested improvements
Although my appointment was a full 45 minutes I would have benefitted from a little more time in order to feel confident that I had properly understood my recommended exercise regime. The patient portal is good but the video clips are short and the illustrations are rather small. Longer videos with voice over instructions would have helped.
